These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through galovirexa.com.
2. Scope
These Terms apply to contracts between KRENTA UG (haftungsbeschränkt) and customers who order goods through Galovirexa.
Any individual agreements made directly with a customer take priority over these Terms where applicable. Mandatory consumer rights under German or EU law are not limited by these Terms.
3. Products
Galovirexa offers food and related consumer products, including products such as confectionery, baked goods, specialty foods and other items presented in the online shop.
Product photographs are intended to show the product as clearly as possible. Small differences in appearance, packaging or presentation may occur where these do not materially change the product.
For food products, customers should review the product information shown before ordering. Where legally required, information such as ingredients, allergens, storage instructions and other mandatory food information will be made available in connection with the product.
4. Orders and Contract Formation
Products shown on the website are an invitation to place an order and are not automatically a binding offer.
By completing the checkout process and submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the selected products.
After the order is submitted, the customer may receive an automatic confirmation showing that the order has been received. Unless the confirmation expressly states otherwise, this does not by itself mean that the order has been accepted.
A contract is concluded when Galovirexa accepts the order, for example through an order acceptance or dispatch confirmation, or by dispatching the goods.
5. Prices
The price shown for a product at the time of the order applies to that purchase.
Any additional delivery charges or other costs applicable to the order will be shown during checkout before the customer submits the order.
6. Payment
Available payment methods are shown during checkout.
Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment service providers. Customers may also be subject to the terms and privacy notices of the payment provider they choose.
If a payment cannot be completed or is rejected, the order may not be processed.
7. Availability
Orders are subject to product availability.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, Galovirexa may cancel the affected item or order. Any payment already received for a cancelled item will be refunded using the appropriate payment method.
8. Delivery
Available shipping destinations, delivery methods, delivery charges and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout.
Estimated delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside the reasonable control of the seller or delivery provider.
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. If a shipment cannot be delivered because the address supplied by the customer was incorrect or incomplete, additional reasonable costs resulting from a new delivery may be charged where legally permitted.
9. Food Products and Storage
Some products may require particular storage or handling. Customers should follow the instructions shown on the product, packaging or product page.
Where a product has a best-before date, use-by date or other shelf-life information, the instructions on the supplied product should be followed.
Customers with food allergies or intolerances should review the available ingredient and allergen information before ordering or consuming a product.
10. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days, subject to applicable law.
For goods, the withdrawal period generally begins when the consumer, or a third party named by the consumer who is not the carrier, receives the goods.
Statutory exceptions may apply. In particular, the right of withdrawal may not apply to goods that can deteriorate or expire rapidly, or to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once the seal has been removed.

11. Returns
Customers who wish to exercise a statutory right of withdrawal should notify Galovirexa within the applicable withdrawal period.
Do not send products to an assumed warehouse or other address. Return instructions and the appropriate return destination should be obtained through the website before sending goods back.
Nothing in these Terms removes statutory rights relating to defective, damaged or non-conforming goods.
12. Defective or Incorrect Products
If a product is defective, damaged on arrival, incorrect or otherwise does not conform to the contract, customers should contact Galovirexa through the Contact page as soon as reasonably possible and provide the relevant order details.
Statutory warranty and consumer rights remain unaffected.
13. Refunds
Where a refund is legally due, it will be processed in accordance with applicable law.
For a valid statutory withdrawal, refunds generally include the purchase price and, where required by law, the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for the order.
Additional delivery costs resulting from a more expensive delivery option chosen by the customer do not have to be refunded where the law provides otherwise.
The seller may, where legally permitted, wait until the returned goods have been received or the customer has supplied evidence that the goods were sent back.
14. Customer Accounts
If the website allows customer accounts, customers are responsible for keeping their login details secure and for providing accurate account information.
Galovirexa may restrict or close an account where this is reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, misuse of the website or compliance with legal obligations.
15. Website Use
Customers must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or use the website in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
16. Intellectual Property
The website layout, text, graphics, branding and other content owned or lawfully used by Galovirexa may be protected by intellectual-property rights.
No website content may be copied, republished or commercially exploited unless permitted by law or authorised by the relevant rights holder.
17. Liability
KRENTA UG (haftungsbeschränkt) remains liable without limitation where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited, including for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and liability under mandatory product-liability law.
For other losses, liability is governed by applicable German law.
18. Events Outside Reasonable Control
Galovirexa is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside its reasonable control, provided this does not remove rights that customers have under mandatory law.
19. Governing Law
German law applies to these Terms, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, where legally permitted.
For consumers, this choice of law does not remove mandatory protections granted by the law of the country in which the consumer normally resides where those protections apply.
20. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated when the website, services or applicable legal requirements change.
The version in effect when an order is placed applies to that order unless a later change is required by mandatory law.
